Quality of food options is good for the value. A lot of different vegetable options and seafood. Good seating and not as crowded so you be seat rather quickly. Frequent waiter/waitress check-up for refill on ingredients.

What a great way to bring in the New Year! Over a nice Hot Pot! I decided to play it safe and went with chicken broth, which I ended up regretting becaus it was quite bland. We selected our meats including marinated pork, thinly sliced chicken, thinly sliced beef, shrimp, white fish, chicken dumpling, kimchi dumpling, nappa cabbage, carrots, bok choy, white radish, mushroom, and egg, and ramen. They have a condiments bar so I gathered my scallions, cilantro, garlic, and sauces like oyster sauce, hoisin, chili oil, sesame, garlic soy sauce, etc to add to the bland tasting chicken broth, and we were on our way! Everything was fresh and delicious. It's such a cool experience because you can make everything exactly to your taste buds. The atmosphere is quite casual. I saw groups of 4-6 people, a few people eating solo and groups of 2. They do a good job of bringing things out, but don't really check back on you yo see if everything is ok. Very casual. When I asked about some of the other broths, they were not able to explain them very well and you can't sample the broths either. I guess I will experiment and try another broth next time. Highly recommend!

Delicious and fresh food. I thoroughly enjoyed that there were many options on the menu. The employees were kind, patient, and friendly. Would highly recommend this NOVA hot pot spot.

First time at a HoT Pot! I didn't regret it. My husband and I had something to celebrate so we decided to go to this highly rated it place on here. We went with chicken broth for base soup, 4 types of veggies including tofu and 3 types of meat. We weren't sure how to make the sauce, so one of hostess made it for us!!! So sweet and helpful our dishes came out so delicious I want to go back again before winter is over. Ambience is cozy and with holiday decorations. Everything was kept clean and organized. I think is family owned/run. We went around lunch time on the weekend was able to find parking and seats easily. This place is usually very packed. Great find for me and my family this winter season!!! Coming back for more soon!

Came here for an impromptu dinner with my kiddo and we loved it! It was a weekday so it wasn't that crowded and we were able to get seated right away. There are a lot of options with the menu (meats and veggies). If you love spicy food, I would recommend the House spicy broth. It is HOT so be mindful lol. They also have a lot of toppings at the condiment bar. They do have child prices going up to age 14. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. We will def return!

I've heard really great things about this place so we came here when we realized GomShabu was closed. We were one out of two tables on a Tuesday night so we had really quick service. The meat and veggie quality was really nice in my opinion. I docked a star because there were quite a few gnats/fruit flies flying around the sauce station. It was a little hard to look past since there were so many of them. But overall, I had a pretty good experience! Their halloween decorations were also very cute

All I'm going to say is the ingredients they use here are super fresh. I love their Mala soup base that gives a slight spice and is so refreshing on a cold day. All of their meats are super high quality and their veggies are as well. I come here regularly and think it may be the best hot pot place in the area for the price. It's all you can eat with fresh, high quality ingredients!

Place was pretty nice and could handle big groups. Only downfall is probably the parking space as it could get busy on the strip they are in. Variety of meat and veggies options even their broth have decent choices too. The sauce bar was pretty nice. Service was fast and easy
